Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jitach ("we", "our", "platform") and any user ("you", "user") of our website jitach.cam.

By accessing jitach.cam, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Account Registration

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit money into jitach. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• jitach may charge transaction fees where applicable, which will always be displayed transparently.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. A successful withdrawal request generally takes 5 to 30 minutes to process.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the payment method you used for your deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• jitach may place a withdrawal on hold during an investigation in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirement has been met.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (you must wager 20 times the total bonus amount).

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once — duplicate claims of the same offer are prohibited.
• There may be a set time limit for claiming a bonus.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• jitach reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts or false information will result in account closure.

Gaming Rules

• Game outcomes are determined by an automated and random process (Random Number Generator) and no bias or manipulation is possible.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, jitach will make a decision in accordance with its set policy.
• If there is a dispute regarding a game result, the user may appeal through the support team.
• jitach is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football (FIFA and other leagues), and other sports. Detailed betting rules are available on the cricket page. If a match is cancelled or suspended, jitach's set policy will apply to the relevant bets.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitach platform:

• Any attempt at fraudulent activity, cheating, or manipulation.

• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unfair profit by exploiting technical errors.
• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal movement of funds.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour.

Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, the associated balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
